PM 05
The PM 05 peristaltic pump can be used as an automated dispenser, diluter or a general purpose pump for culture media, broths or solvents. It can also be used as a stand alone pump or it conveniently connects to the XY500 or any media preparator. The PM 05 is microprocessor controlled to save up to 20 dispense or dilution programs. Pump calibration is automatic a
nd calibration data can also be saved with each program.
Operation is manual or automatic; enter the quantity of doses to be dispensed and the interval delay time. Dispense volume from 1.0-9999 ml per dose. Interval delay time can be set from 0.1-99.9 seconds. Pump precision of +/- 0.1 ml for doses up to 20 ml (+/- 1%>20 ml). A stand-by mode keeps the culture media re-circulating, thus keeping the media in suspension.
The PM 05 has a special anti-drip feature, reversible pump direction capability and includes footswitch and one complete, autoclaveable tubing set. The PM 05 can accommodate various tubing sizes from 1.6-8.2 mm.
